Information Sharing

This works because every consumer using CX agrees to share their information to help other consumers.

Once you submit your complaint to CX you cannot stop CX from publishing it on the web. This protects both you and other consumers.

CX is powerful because businesses can't buy our silence. The only way they can look good is to publicly fix your problem.

CX has shown repeatedly that businesses are bluffing when they say they won't pay consumers unless CX stops publishing their complaints.

CX may publish on its web site data about complaints and settlements, but not consumers' names or addresses unless specifically authorized by the consumer.

CX can also reveal information (including your name and address) that you give CX (or CX receives elsewhere) to firms affected by the complaint and to consumers, consumer advocates, government agencies and the press if CX believes that this might help resolve the claim or help other consumers.
